David Fanale founded go.RETrueSolutions.com after working in real estate as a property manager, Leasing Agent, Builder and Broker Owner of his own Real Estate Company — "seeing firsthand how the traditional home sale process was for all types of people in this world, especially the families and Investors dealing with all of things required to do to just have a home or build true wealth."
With 40+ years of real estate investment experience across the the Northern New Jersey Market, we built the Modern Agent Team to to actually help more people in a way that is more than transactional.
David is based in Hamburg, New Jersey and lived all of his life prior to 2026 in Bergen County, NJ. He is personally involved in every transaction. You'll speak directly with them when you reach out.
Why We Started Modern Agent Team
We got into real estate investing because we saw a real problem. The traditional home sale process — finding an agent, making repairs, staging, waiting for offers, negotiating, hoping the deal doesn't fall through can take months.
We can absolutely make it smoother, better and much quicker without all the drama.
